What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device so it can remember something between pages or between visits. Similar technologies, such as local storage, do the same job. Where this policy says cookies, it covers both.

Nothing loads until you choose

This site sets no analytics cookies until you accept them. When you first arrive you will see a notice with two options. Nothing is measured, and no analytics script is loaded at all, unless you accept. Declining is a real choice and the site works exactly the same.

What we use

• Your cookie choice. Stored on your own device so we do not ask you again on every page. This is strictly necessary and is stored whichever option you pick, including when you decline.
• Google Analytics. Loaded only if you accept. It tells us which pages are read and how people found the site, reported as totals rather than as individuals. We do not use it to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. Used on the demo booking form to tell people apart from bots, because without it the form would be filled by spam. It replaced Google reCAPTCHA in July 2026. Turnstile does not profile you, does not track you across websites, and does not sell what it sees.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cookies that follow you to other websites.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice whenever you like using the Cookie choices link in the footer of every page. Choosing to decline after having accepted stops any further analytics immediately.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser lets you do this, and doing so will not stop this site from working.
